Vodafone-Idea is seeking a Data Entry Operator to support our data management and record-keeping activities. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data by entering and updating information in our systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases, ensuring completeness and adherence to established guidelines. Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and take corrective measures as needed.
2. Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of entered data. Identify and resolve data discrepancies, working closely with team members and supervisors to maintain data consistency and reliability.
3. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain proper documentation and records of data entry activities, including logbooks, reports, and files. Follow established procedures for data retrieval and archiving, ensuring data security and confidentiality.

1. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and verification. Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
2. Proficiency in computer applications and data entry software. Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and data management tools. Knowledge of MS Excel and data entry software is desirable.
3. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and seek clarification when necessary. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
