The Front Office Executive also provides clerical and administrative support to the front office team. This includes, but is not limited to, the reception area, switchboard, mail and courier services, and other front office functions.
The Front Office Executive is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the front office operations.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and manage front office operations, including reception area, switchboard, mail and courier services, and other front office functions.
-Provide clerical and administrative support to the front office team
-Provide customer service to clients and guests visiting the office
-Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Requirements:
-Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
-Two years of experience in a front office or administrative role
-Strong customer service skills
-Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
