Build, manage and grow the payables team at Headout. Ensure timely and accurate recording of Headout’s payments and maintain its ledger.

Ensure all payable reconciliations are done on time, organised and stored every month

Solve systemic issues arising from reconciliation and create automations to improve overall efficiency

Ensures that the company’s financial obligations towards the payables are met efficiently. Build and maintain robust databases conducive for reporting

Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates to be used by the company

A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred

6-8 years of experience (preferably Fin-ops experience in fin-tech / Ecom industry)including 2-3 years of team management experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors, and customers. Strong analytical and time management skills

Good presentation skills, Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail
