Business analytics focuses on data, statistical analysis and reporting to help investigate and analyze business performance, provide insights, and drive recommendations to improve performance.
About the Role:
First Games by Paytm is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join its analytics team. We are looking for a person who has the capability to identify key problem areas & can come up with intelligent & actionable KPIs for the business growth.
Expectations/Requirements:
1) Solve challenging problems that will reshape your way of thinking to solve & approach business problems.
2) Work with variety of tech stack (Big data architecture, real time invgestions, model deployments, automation & ETL pipelines). You will get to learn & implement all of this hands on.
3) Define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models and make recommendations
4) Develop an In-depth understanding of user journeys on Digital Platforms and generate data driven insights & recommendations to help product business in meticulous decision
making.
5) Develop strong hypothesis, execute A/B experiments and identify area of opportunities with strong confidence level.
Key Skills Required:
1. 1 - 4 years of experience in business analyst role, preferably in startups.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
3. Critical thinking and very detail oriented.
4. Attention to detail and passion for problem solving.
5. Must be highly proficient with MS Excel, SQL and other statistical tools.
6. Capable of demonstrating good business judgment.
7. Should have good knowledge of SQL & other data visualization tools.
Education:
Graduation is compulsory.
