Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects categorically and evaluating their position in the industry

Working with internal stakeholders such as the Business, Client Management, Finance and Operations team to see the leads through from bring them on-board to the final execution of the same

Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships and meeting with prospects via cold calls and hot leads

Building the sales funnel via regular follow ups, Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, Encouraging repeat business through excellent customer service and inquiry handling.

Will own the monthly/quarterly targets on various metrics like number of merchants, Transaction Value, number of transactions, etc
Candidate needs to lead by example and independently acquire new clients and manage key relationships with existing clients.
Apart from carrying a quota-driven sales target should be able to work effectively with internal stakeholders like product, growth, finance, etc to champion the merchant's perspective within the organization
Experience in payments and finance is a plus - though not mandatory
Good sales and negotiation skills. Experience in quota-driven sales is a must
Self-starters, who can take ownership and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, will be an ideal fit
