Skills Required:

• Proficient and Mandatory skills & experience in Core Java, Advance Java
• Mandatory hands-on experience in ReactJS or ReactNative, Redux, Node JS , JQuery, Javascript. NodeJS ExpressJS, BackboneJS , NPM
• Preferable Knowledge and hands on experience on Active MQ/Any Messaging server, Redis(Any NoSql)
• Know how on any Build and Continuous Integration tool like ANT, NPM, Maven, Jenkins GIT/SVN etc
• Good low level design skills - Design Patterns and UI Design Patterns
• Good at Unit Testing and Cross Browser Compatibility
• Good understanding of software development life cycle
• Good knowledge in MVC frameworks and OOPS
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Proficient in code reviews
• Preferably worked on a Software Product Development for at least 2 years
• Ability to understand and follow agile methodologies, development lifecycle.
• Participates in the evolution of company level best practices, standards, and policies as it related to software development.

Experience Required:

• Hands-on experience of 5 to 7 Years as a Software developer
• Preferably worked on Retail/e-commerce domain
• Currently working as a Lead Software Engineer Mentoring 3 to 4 Developers
