LIC (Life Insurance Corporation) is seeking a Back Office Executive to join our team and provide essential support to our operations. As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of policies, claims, transactions, and customer interactions. Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place, making it easy to retrieve information when needed.
2. Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks such as data entry, generating reports, managing emails, coordinating with different departments, and responding to customer inquiries. Support team members and managers in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.
3. Process Execution and Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to regulatory guidelines while executing processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative ideas to enhance efficiency.

1. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders professionally and effectively.
3. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment. Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
