Leading Company In India Lawson S3 Technical-Finance or Non-Finance Post In all over India. We Are Hiring Candidates Who Are Interests For This Posts.

Must-Have:

•In-depth knowledge of Lawson S3 Applications.

•Expertise in Lawson 4GL Technology, Infor Process Automation, Lawson System Foundation.

•Lawson S3 Administration, Job Maintenance, Patch and Release Management.

•Strong experience in Design, Requirements Validation, Development, Customization, Unit Testing, Integrated Testing.

•Experience in Front End role with minimum of 3-4 Years of experience in that relevant field and space.

•Experience to assess and identify customer objectives and build upon these with winning customer centric solutions and sales themes.

•Excellent Documentation & Presentation Skills.

•Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Conducting performance and wage reviews.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Creating clear and concise reports.
Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Leading a team of junior human resource managers.

Good-to-Have:

•Experience in SQL, PL/SQL Procedures.

•Knowledge in Finance modules such as General Ledger Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Project Accounting, Fixed Accounting.

•Knowledge in the Supply Chain modules such as Purchase Order, Requisition, Receipt, Matching, Inventory Control.

•Exposure to SDLC, ITIL Process Knowledge.
