We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Sales Staff at Pidilite. As a Sales Staff member, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understand their needs, and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
2. Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell Pidilite products to customers, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the business.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and educate customers about our offerings.

2. Sales Acumen: Ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
