Ekart is seeking an Office Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our office. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and providing support to various departments and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, maintenance, and supplies procurement. Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure effective communication, timely completion of tasks, and smooth workflow. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and assist with tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining records. Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and external stakeholders. Ability to build positive relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in office software and applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a plus.
