The Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to the Ekart back office. This includes tasks such as processing orders, managing inventory, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
- Process orders and ensure that they are fulfilled correctly.
- Manage inventory and track stock levels.
- Provide customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
