As a Help Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional assistance and support to ensure a positive banking experience. Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on banking products, services, and procedures. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and timely responses.
2. Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to online banking, mobile applications, and other digital banking platforms. Guide customers through step-by-step instructions, perform basic troubleshooting steps, and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams for further resolution.
3. Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the designated systems. Update customer profiles and account information as needed. Generate reports and contribute to knowledge bases to improve the efficiency of the help desk and enhance customer support services.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to empathize with customers, actively listen to their concerns, and provide effective solutions.
• Basic understanding of banking products, services, and procedures is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with digital banking platforms.
